Abstract

The aim of the research was to analyze the factors that affect participation of Independent Midwives Practice in the National Health Insurance in Semarang City. The research design used analytic observational research. The subjects of the study were 73 IMP and taken by simple random sampling. The data collected using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi Square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed the IMP participation on JKN were 52.1%. There were some relationship between socialization, resources, attitudes and bureaucracy. Attitude and resources had influence with participation on National Health services. IMP who had good attitude had opportunities participate 6 times compare with who did not participate. Resources BPM good opportunity to participate JKN 4.9 times than did not participate.  Midwives need to prepare a good attitude and its resources and cooperation partners being able to support and provide IMP to be able to follow the program of National Health Insurance.

Abstract

Sex education is better given by parents, rather than the child got it from own opinion or delusion. It means the parent should provide extra time to pay attention for their teen ager especially the sexual behavior. Objctive of this study to know the correlation of parents parenting with teenage attitude of premarital sex in MAN I Purwokerto Banyumas. This research design was correlation analytic with cross sectional approach. The population in this study was all of the grade X–XI students in MAN I Purwokerto as much as 769. The amount of sample in this study were 50 respondents. The research instrument used the questioner. The data analysis used deskriptif and chi-square test. The majority parenting was applied by the parents was 40% democratic parenting, and the majority teenage attitude about premarital sex was 72% nonpermissive. There was a correlation between parents parenting with teenage attitudes about premarital sex (ρ=0,001).

Abstract

The purpose of research was to analyze differences in body weight gain and development of infants aged 3-6 months. Type of study was pre-experimental research with Posttest Only Design. The population were infants aged 3-6 months who visited Ananda Home Birth in Ambarawa. The subjects were SPA treatment group and control respectively 17 babies by simple random sampling. Data collection used SPA treatment group 4 times for 8 weeks . Before and after measured weight gain and development with KPSP . Data were analyzed with the Mann Whitney test. The results mean score KPSP development of infants before and after the treatment group SPA was 8,12 into 9,59. The mean weight gain infants before and after the SPA was 5705 grams to 7188 grams. There was no differencess in development progress after the SPA between the treatment group and the control group and there were any differences the increase in weight gain between treatment and control groups (p value = 0.018 ). It is important for midwives to develop midwifery care to infants and toddlers with holistic care which one of them with a baby SPA.

Abstract

The reseach is to find out whether through teacher empowerment can reduce plaque index. Experimental research design of pre-test and post-test control group design respondents 18 respondents. Class V number of 56 respondents SDN experimental and control group 77 number of 51 respondents. Wilcoxon test results showed no significant difference before and after the training of 18 respondents classroom teachers SDN 74 / p value0.0001. There was a highly significant difference plaque index 51 PHP class respondents SDN 74sebelum and after counseling by an independent teacher p value 0.0001. The difference in plaque index difference of 51 respondents PHP fifth grade students of SDN 74 experimental group control group, p 0.0001. There is a decrease in the influence of teacher empowerment on child plaque index class V students of SDN 74 / IV Jambi..

Abstract

This study aims to determine adequacy of thick protective lead aprons as radiation in Radiology Services Unit in Semarang. This research is quantitative with observational approach radiation measurements. The samples were hospitals in Kota Semarang. The independent variable is the thickness of the lead apron and the dependent variable in this study is the radiation behind the lead apron. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics to take a conclusion. The results showed Adequacy lead apron at the Semarang Hospital, HVL values between 4 to 7 HVL or dose rate are forwarded after passing through the apron of 6.25% to 0, 781%. Value adequacy thick lead apron 0.5 mmPb that used had a value below the threshold set by Bapeten that dose forwarded after passing the lead apron is less than or 0,02 μSv which means lead apron can be used for radiation safety assurance in hospital and radiology departement units in the Semarang.

Abstract

Self-help group is a collection some of the people who provide mutual support among them. In the group they can share the problems especially about the disease. Hypertension is one of the diseases that cause death number 3 after stroke and tuberculosis .This is reinforced by the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia reached 31.7% of the population aged 18 years and over. And 60% of them end up in the stroke, while the rest suffered cardiac, kidney failure, and blindness. Hypertension risk factors such as stress, obesity, lack of exercise, smoking, drinking alcohol, and eating foods high in fat content to be a problem for some people if it does not know how to overcome them.Therefore, the purpose of the self - help group is to help each other deal with the same problems, more away is to cure, then the active participation of individuals and families need to realize.

Abstract

The Objective of the study was to analyze the effect of ginger honey drink to the frequency of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women. Experimental studies using randomize design pre-post test control group design. In this design of research have four group which devided into three group interventions and one control. The group intervention were given honey drink, ginger, combination of ginger and honey while the control group were given vitamin B6 which given to pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting. The results showed no statistically significant effects among the three intervention groups and a control group of the duration of nausea, frequency of nausea, vomiting frequency and the frequency of nausea and vomiting (p value0.05) (drink honey p=0.007; ginger p= 0.001, a combination of ginger and honey p=0.001) and the control group (p=0.001). Giving drink ginger and honey combination is used as one of the best options in the treatment of nausea and vomiting in pregnant women.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the demographic profile, medical history, and recreation activity of elderly patients. This research is a descriptive study conducted in elderly patients whose outpatient and inpatient in hospital in Central Java. Samples recruited by purposive sampling during September to November. Number of study subjects obtained during data collection amounted to 128 elderly. Research instrument uses Elderly Demographic Questionnaire. Data were analysed with descriptive statistic. Most of the elderly are male (64%), aged between 60-65 (27%), the type of the funding is using universal coverage (63%), mostly the past education is primary school (41%). Based on the medical history of elderly, 53% have the disease disorder, a diagnosis that often arises is respiratory disorders (19%) and cardiovascular (17%). For operating experience in the past 12 months, most are due to cancer (15%). The TV becomes the main source of information (79%), and TV becomes recreational activity and rest (56%), and 62% of elderly participated in religious activities. The need for activities that support the income of elderly or increase it. The need for social activities that also give benefit recreation and exchange of information.

Abstract

The Objective of study is to know the effect of age and self-concept for achievement of maternal role when the baby age 0-6 months. This research used the analytical method with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were mothers who had baby aged 6 months to 12 months old in Public Health Center 2 Sokaraja-Banyumas with a population of 70 respondents. The Sampling technique used the simple random sampling for 41 respondents. The analysis used by the rank spearman and regression test. The results showed that the majority of maternal was 20–30 years old. The majority self-concept and achievement role of maternal were good. Mother age factor was dominantly influence of maternal achievement role (p =0,021).

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, employing logistic regression methods. The number of sample of this study was 50 independent workers, determined by purposive sampling (judgmental sampling). The results of this research show that 54% respondents are not participants JKN. 56% of respondents have high knowledge, 56% high income, 88% high acceptability, and 54% negative attitude. The results also show that knowledge, attitude and income influence the JKN participation (p value 0.005, 0.000, and 0.000). Acceptability does not affect the JKN participation (p value 0.119). Knowledge is the dominant factor affecting the JKN participation with Exp (B) 5.94. In conclusion, people with high knowledge have 5.94 times higher chance for participants for JKN than people with low knowledge. It can be suggested that BPJS need to improve the knowledge of independent employee about JKN program using information dissemination.
